Reservation, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
Guarantee Policy:
Reservations are not guaranteed until paid in full. Payment may be made by credit card or wire transfer.

Non Refundable Cancellation Policy:
This reservation requires full pre-payment and is non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable. We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made. For reservations cancelled 1 month before the check-in date, you will receive a credit you may use for future stays with us.

Group Cancellation Policy:
A separate cancellation policy applies for all call-in group cancellations. Please review your confirmation letter.

Pet Policy:
We charge $20 per night for pets under 35 pounds. When we say "pet" we really mean "dog," but get in touch if you have something stranger or larger and we'll try to make it work.

Maximum Room Occupancy:
2 persons per room only, except in Double and Bunkhouse rooms, in which no more than 4 people per room are allowed with existing bedding. There is an 8 person maximum for the Junior Suite (room 20) and duplex room 50, and a 6 person maximum for the duplex room 49.
There's a $20/night charge for rollaway beds and are based on availability; please check with us if you’d like to request one — taxes not included. Cribs are free, based on availability.

Complimentary wireless internet at Cantina and or Restaurant
Helicopter landing site.

All rooms are completely non-smoking.

Vehicle Storage & Handling Policy:
If you would to keep your off-road rig at Horsepower Ranch while your team is pre-running, the cost per day is $20 per rig, exclusive of taxes or credit card processing fees. Please note that Horsepower Ranch assumes no liability for the care, safety, maintenance, or condition of your vehicle or equipment while it is stored on our premises. ​
